Gentle and accessible research-based oncology yoga for those going through cancer treatment, cancer survivors, those in palliative care, and their caregivers led by Yoga4cancer-certified instructor Liz Stoeckmann, who is also a breast cancer survivor. Yoga4cancer classes help cancer patients and survivors maintain a strong immune system, build strength and flexibility, reduce cancer-related fatigue, improve sleep and reduce anxiety, manage treatment side effects, create self confidence, cultivate hope and a sense of well-being, support long term health goals, and foster community. REGISTER HERE | Mondays, 4-5pm CT | This class is appropriate for those who are wheelchair bound, are recovering from an injury/health event, have balance issues, or just need a safe place to start a low-impact movement practice. No experience or equipment needed to join this online class, just a chair!
