Why practice Yoga & Tai Chi?
A regular practice of movement is important to maintain muscle mass, improve circulation, and support immune function, mental health and over all well-being. Yoga and Tai Chi are tools to accomplish this over a lifetime.
New cancellation policy
While we understand health-related cancellations, we may not be able to refund prepaid reservations. If you need to cancel, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or workshop. This gives us an opportunity to try and fill your spot and to extend your reservation to a later date, if possible.
Practice Acknowledgment Statements
With sincere respect and gratitude, Healing Within Studio acknowledges the contribution of ancient India and the Indian culture in current yoga and meditation practices and acknowledges the contribution of ancient China and the Chinese culture in current practices of acupuncture, herbal medicine, Tai Chi/Qigong, and Tui Na.
