REGISTER HERE | Restorative Yoga | The essential antidote for our fast-paced, stressed-out lives. Fully supported postures with breath work and guided relaxation. No experience required; all props are provided. Just come as you are and enjoy this deeply nourishing practice.

New 8-week series | Intro to Tai Chi
REGISTER HERE | Mondays, March 3-April 21, 4:45-5:45pm | Learn the movements of the Yang Style 24-Form step by step with Sherry Strand, RN, at the Stillwater studio. Each class builds on the previous one, so taking the full 8-week series is strongly recommended. The Yang Style 24-Form is what we practice outdoors, in-studio and online. If space allows, a drop-in rate will be made available for those who’ve taken the Intro class previously and would like to drop in for review. This is a beginner’s class, no experience needed — but please check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. (Please note: Our online sign-up doesn’t allow for 15-minute increments, sorry for any confusion.)

REGISTER HERE | 2nd Friday and now adding 3rd Sunday monthly! | Next sessions: 7-8pm Friday, March 7, and 2-3pm Sunday, March 16 | Experience the healing and restorative benefits of movement, rhythm, sound, and vibration. After some movement and slowing down, allow yourself time to fully immerse in the healing effects of signing bowls, gong, hand drums, tongue drum, chimes, and more to create deep relaxation and restoring balance. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
